Helpdesk Administrator


Adecco are proud to be recruiting for a Helpdesk Administrator to support the Cheshire Constabulary Shared Service Team in the logging and resolution of system queries and problems.


Based in the Winsford HQ, the post is Fixed Term until March 2022 minimum. Hours are full time within office hours, salary is £23817p/a.


Key Duties


- Logging all incoming system queries and issues via an online helpdesk


- Contacting users to troubleshoot problems


- Providing resolution where possible- e.g. password reset, access requests, provide advice and guidance on system queries


- Logging higher level support tickets and referring to specialist team or suppliers


- Working to service level targets


- Managing own workload and effectively manage priorities and escalations


- General admin support to department


Skills


- Experience using HR or Business Systems


- Strong problem-solving skills


- Confident IT user


- Phone and email customer support experience


- Experience in an admin based role
