One of Adecco Public Sector client is looking for an experienced Service Desk Analyst to join their team for an initial period of 3 months, with potential extensions. Please note this role falls inside of IR35 and if successful you will need to work via an approved umbrella company.

In this role you'll be responsible for providing 1st Line support and administrative assistance to the IT Department and provide cover to the IT Service Desk.

As a Service Desk Analyst Your Main Responsibilities Will Be

  • Providing 1st line technical support; answering support queries via phone and email

  • Taking ownership of user problems and be proactive when dealing with user issues

  • Diagnosing and resolving technical and user issues in a prompt and professional manner

  • Providing IT Helpdesk support cover

    Experience Required

    � Experience of working in an IT Support environment

  • Good knowledge of MS Office applications

  • Exceptional customer service skills

  • Friendly, approachable manner

  • A good foundation and aptitude in IT.
