They require experienced customer service, help desk people to join their team in a new department.


Help desk operator - providing excellent customer service to mainly internal employees of the company which involves complaint handling. Must be able to hold a conversation, be able to deal with requests quickly and effectively. Also the ideal candidate will have excellent IT skills preferably Excel and/or Google spreadsheets. The role is data heavy so good understanding of all mentioned is essential.



7am-7pm x 4 days

x 4 days off

7pm-7am x 4 nights
