I am currently recruiting for a Helpdesk Advisor to work for a market leading Business Management company based in Wythenshawe. This is a great opportunity to work within a lovely team who work hard but also have fun. They are offering a starting salary of £17,000 with great development prospects within the future.


Your day to day responsibilities will involve:



  • Dealing with inbound queries (B2B) from clients and suppliers

  • Taking ownership of any queries that arise and seeing this through to resolution

  • Communicating efficiently and educating clients over the phone

  • Administration duties and after-call work


To be considered for the role you must have:



  • A fantastic telephone manner

  • Customer Services experience (face to face will be considered)

  • A good level of IT

  • Relationship building skills
