Job Title: High Net Worth Sales Executive


Salary: Up to £25,000 + Uncapped Commission


Hours: Monday to Friday 9 - 5.30


Location: Outskirts of South Ipswich



We are currently recruiting for an exciting position as a High Net Worth Sales Executive for one of our Fast-Growing Clients based in the outskirts of Ipswich.



You must have minimum 4 years' experience in Sales and able to hit the ground running. The position is for a high-end Insurance company dealing with high value properties and customers. This is a perfect role for someone who has previous experience dealing with high net worth clients in a regulated industry e.g. Insurance or Bank. The candidate must be driven, self-motivated and eager to learn. There is great potential for growth for the right candidate. We are looking for someone who is looking for a career as our client want's the right person to have a long-term commitment to the company with aspirations to move up in the business



Your primary roles:



  • As our in-house High Net Worth specialist, you'll be responsible for building a pipeline of new business in the immediate area

  • Identifying new leads via phone and referrals, through networking events and by shaping and managing your own marketing campaigns

  • Develop productive business relationships with key stakeholders, to achieve your sales targets.

Requirements and person specification:



  • Experience as an insurance professional working with private clients, with an in-depth understanding of the high net worth market and significant experience in the industry

  • Energetic and enthusiastic, resilient and tenacious, you're passionate not pushy when it comes to selling and build strong, long-term relationships with your clients

  • Exceptional planning and organisational skills, an eye for detail and the ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines

  • A fantastic team player, you'll do everything you can to make a real difference to the team from day one.

  • Able to not only look after current books but find high net worth small business/houses

  • Drives and has access to a car

  • Steady career history

  • English and Maths Grades C+

  • Hard working, determined and ready to settle into a company and progress in that company

  • Proactive seller, not only to take inbound but to find new business within licensed authority
