A great opportunity has arisen for a Hindi speaking Receptionist in my client's beautiful offices in central London, Mayfair.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced Receptionist who can understand and speak Hindi, who is looking for a new exciting challenge.


  • responsible for the smooth running of the reception and the switchboard

  • general reception duties, such as welcoming guests and offering them refreshments

  • record keeping, business cards cataloguing

  • diary and appointments management

  • preparing daily charts of incoming and outgoing calls/appointments

  • ensuring the reception area is kept neat and tidy at all times

  • managing incoming and outgoing mails and couriers and keeping an accurate record thereof and verify invoices

  • ordering transport/couriers

  • ordering stationery and refreshments

  • faxes/photocopies

  • assist with organising conferences and other special events (dealing with invitations and response cards, welcoming and looking after guests)

  • help with visitors passes

  • managing the meeting rooms


  • experience with switchboard

  • a positive and professional attitude at all times

  • ability to thrive under pressure and multitask
