We are currently recruiting on behalf of a fantastic client based in Thurrock, who are looking for a Hire Coordinator to work in their plant division. The client, an incredibly established and successful global company in the construction industry, are looking for someone to head up this new facet of the company alongside the procurement team.

The successful candidate will be dealing with an estimated £3m per year worth of business for the company on a nationwide scale. They will also be aiding the company in the implementation of their new hiring software. The ideal candidate will have come from a similar role, be an effective communicator at all levels (from site to boardroom), will be able to work to time constraints and have an understanding of lead times and how they can effect the critical path of a project.

Knowledge or experience in using inspHire software would be advantageous but not essential. The client offers fantastic benefits as well as a competitive salary, free parking on site and 25 holiday days per year.
