Adecco are pleased to be working on a requirement for a Hire Coordinator to join a global organisation based in Stretford. Our client has interests within the commercial construction industry and you will be joining them on an initial 12 month fixed term contract. There is potential for this role to go permanent for the successful candidate.


This position is offering an excellent base salary of between £22'000 and £26'000 plus commission and full benefits package:



  • Monday-Thursday 8.30-5

  • Friday 8.30-2.30

  • 25 days holiday plus bank holidays

Roles and responsibilities



  • Carry out structured business development in order to develop a strong local network

  • Following up on global marketing campaigns to generate new orders

  • Prepare quotations against customer requirements

  • Discuss and negotiate proposals and quotations with customers

  • Respond to customer enquiries

  • Promote the full range of Building Services

  • Complete customer care programme's to ensure maximum satisfaction, continuity of business and maximise referral opportunities

  • Effectively use internal systems (e.g. SAP, CRM) to ensure customer information is kept up to date and systems are aligned.

  • As directed liaise with Service Manager with regard to refurbishment, fitting out, deliveries, rectifications and terminations.

  • Expedition of monies owed, in line with company guidelines and procedures.



Who we are looking for


We can teach the skills required for this role, but we are looking for a candidate who has the tenacity and willingness to work hard and succeed. You will need to be team orientated and want to contribute to ensuring a positive and healthy working environment is maintained.   • Ability to build relationships over the telephone
