Grade : Executive Officer (AO) Salary: Temporary - £12.88 p/hr + 34 days holiday


Fixed Term Contract - £24.883

Initially temping whilst going through training and live work and if you are successful, you will be considered for a Fixed Term Contract with HMPO for up to 22 months.

The Job as a Team Leader you will manage and develop an operational team to improve performance and monitor targets for quality, efficiency, and customer service I n processing customer complaints and correspondence You will need to go gain a full understanding of the legislation, process and security around this (training given). On occasion the role may differ, and you may be asked to carry out other duties within the scope of the grade and within the limits of your skill, competence, and training.


The Ideal Candidate would need to have excellent communication skills both verbal and written and above all a professional approach to be able to understand the needs of customers Experience in managing a small team and the ability to motivate and performance manage. A flexible approach to work and able to work in a team in a fast past and busy environment. You will also need good IT and Excel skills


The Hours Evenings Monday to Friday 17.30 to 21.30pm


NB: These Roles are primarily office based but the client reserves the right to offer Working from Home opportunities based on our Estate and Capacity Needs. Please discuss when you have your interview if you wouldn't be able to WFH dependant on your situation,

  • Resided in the UK for the last 3 years 

  • Have a *current* British Passport or settlement status due to the sensitive nature of the work 

  • NI Number  

  • 2 x proof of addresses i.e. utility, bank letter/statement (all in UK) 

  • 5 years full history address with no gaps of more than 1 month 



  • 3 years solid reference history with no gaps of more than 1 month
