JOB TITLE: HOUSING DEVELOPMENT PROJECT OFFICER


LOCATION: WFH (CLIENT BASE: EALING)


PAY RATE: £20.11 HOURLY RATE (PAYE)


HOURS: MONDAY- FRIDAY, 9AM- 5PM


DURATION: 3 MONTH ASSIGNMENT (POSSIBILITY OF BEING EXTENDED)


START DATE: ASAP



PROJECT OFFICER'S MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:



  • To project manage identified projects owned by Senior managers.



  • To develop and implement new initiatives to improve the performance of Housing Development and meet agreed targets.

  • To monitor Improvement Plans, Service Plan and Performance Indicators.

  • To undertake audits and service reviews to identify areas for improvement.

  • To carry out research and benchmarking to support projects.



THE IDEAL CANDIDATE MUST HAVE:



  • Demonstrable experience of working in a Housing development environment

  • Demonstrable experience of Service improvement projects or quality improvement initiatives

  • Experience working with databases and spreadsheets

  • An understanding of the issues facing local housing authorities and of housing legislation

  • The ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing, making complex issues understandable to non-specialists



PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS ROLE WILL MAINLY BE WORKING FROM HOME WITH THE OCCASIONAL DAY IN THE OFFICE WHEN REQUIRED.
