Adecco Chester are proudly recruiting for a HR Administrator to support our client in Mold, Flintshire.

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a HR team working for a prestigious company within the Food Industry.

This role will focus on supporting the HR Manager with HR administration tasks until September 2022.

The working hours are Monday to Friday , 35 hours per week at £11.53 per hour starting ASAP.

Our client is looking for a flexible team player with a positive can-do attitude that can multi task, with a willingness to learn, organisational skills and the ability to manage and prioritise workloads.

This role will be ideal for someone with HR admin experience or a candidate with a keen interest in working within a Human Resources department who is looking to gain 'hands on' experience working within a large organisation.

Main Responsibilities:

This role has a broad and varied remit. You will support the HR Manager with the effective administration, recruitment, absences, arranging appointments and facilitation of key HR activities such as candidate clearance, changes in employment, setting up records, offer letters etc.

Skills and Experience Required:

  • Previous administration experience

  • Excellent phone manner

  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills

  • Previous experience of using all Microsoft Packages including Teams

  • Ability to work well independently

  • Able to follow instructions

  • Willing to learn and carry out policy practises

  • HR admin experience is desirable but not essential
