HR Administration and Customer Service

Manchester City Centre / Hybrid (2 weeks in office / 2 weeks remote)

£9.70 per hour

Start 9th May for 3 months

I am recruiting for a lovely HR administration and customer service role based in Manchester City Centre. You will be working within an HR shared service centre supporting colleagues of the business with any HR related questions they may have.

Customer service via email and calls, this role is working on the Ask HR team

Responding to emails from internal colleagues who have HR related questions about holidays, maternity, paternity, payroll information, contract of employment etc.

No specific experience necessary although some office or call centre experience would be an advantage.

Hours of work:

Monday to Friday between the hours of 8am and 6.10pm on a rotating - 8-4.10pm 9-5.10pm and 10-6.10pm shift pattern

You will work every third Saturday with a day off in the week

37.5 hours per week, pay is weekly
