HR Administrative Assistant

We are looking for an HR Administrative Assistant to support our Human Resources department.

Your main administrative duties include maintaining personnel records, managing HR documents (e.g. employee communications, assisting in preparing employee relations templates for operations and administration to support the HR Advisory Team and the HR Director) and updating internal databases


  • Organize and maintain personnel records

  • Update internal databases (e.g. record sick or maternity leave)

  • Prepare HR documents, like absence invites, meeting invites, assist the HR Director in internal communication preparation)

  • Create regular reports and presentations for the HR Team

  • Assist in payroll duties by providing relevant employee information (e.g. leaves of absence, sick days and other types of leave)

  • Monitor the HR mailbox and other general mailboxes and distribute to the appropriate persons

  • Notetaking at meetings

  • Any other general HR administration duties as requested

Skills and Requirements

  • Proven work experience as an Administrator, HR Administrative Assistant, or relevant role

  • Experience with HR software, like HRIS or HRMS

  • Computer literacy (MS Office applications, in particular)

  • Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects

  • Strong phone, email and in-person communication skills
