We are currently recruiting an experienced HR administrator for our client based in Newport to start immediately on temporary contract initially with a view to becoming permanent for the right applicant.

Duties as a HR Administrator

  • Updating employee files & training matrix

  • HR Administration

  • Updating and managing the time and attendance system

  • Supporting with the input of payroll and submitting to payroll team/agency

Skills & Experience required

  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)

  • Experience as an HR administrator/Recruitment Administrator

  • Possess a confident and friendly approach

  • Excellent attention to detail

  • Understanding/ Experience within a HR role
