37 hours per week Monday to Friday

£12.60 - £13.83 per hour


3 month temporary assignment

Are you an experienced HR assistant? If so we would like to hear from you!

Our client is looking for a proactive HR administrator to support their busy HR team. You will be the first point of contact for their HR customers providing advice on recruitment, payroll, learning and development and other HR matters.

Our client is in the process of replacing their HR and payroll system from the 1 April 2020 and you will play a key role in supporting the roll out of the new system.

Duties will also include:

  • Actively supporting managers to create excellent recruitment campaigns.

  • On-boarding and induction of new employees and supporting the apprentice programme

  • Organising in-house training events and advising managers on learning and development opportunities for their teams

The ideal candidate will be passionate about customer experience and has a background in HR Administration. It is essential that you have experience of working with an HR and Payroll System. You will be a key contact for employees and will need excellent communication skills. The ability to multi-task and prioritise is paramount as well as good attention to detail.
