Adecco are recruiting for one of our Educational Clients based in Bolton, who are looking for a Temporary HR Administrator with DBS.

You will be assisting their HR department undertaking the following duties:

  • Being first point of contact for advice

  • Sending letters

  • Sending and managing application forms

  • Chasing managers for returns

  • Shortlisting applicants

  • Completing DBS applications

  • Inputting data on excel spreadsheets

  • General admin duties were necessary

Skills required:

  • Good customer service skills

  • Experience of using a range of computer packages including word, excel, database, email and internet.

  • All applicants MUST have an enhanced DBS certificate to be considered for this role.

Additional details

  • Temporary until April 2020

  • Full time, 37 hours, 09:00-17:00

  • £9.26ph
