We have a rare opportunity for an HR Administrator to join our busy team in Bristol.

The role will be to provide administrative support to both managers and employees in relation to all on-boarding and people related activity and changes.

Key Accountabilities

  • Process all work requests accurately and within SLAs for example, contract production, Onboarding, referencing, and internal transfer processing.

  • Maintain good level of communication with managers, employees and candidates around the status of their enquiries

  • Maintain new and existing employee details using the company integrated Employee system (PeopleSoft) in line with our SLAs

  • Work to strict deadlines to reduce risk and unnecessary cost to the business

  • Align to compliance regulations

  • Support the administration of the employee life cycle

  • Liaise with employees and managers within the business

  • Update and implement company processes and policies to ensure efficiency

  • Responsible for managing your own allocation of work whilst being available to help across the team when required.

  • Review work processes to identify areas for improvement and progress actions to improve outcomes for employees and managers.

Skills/Experience & Competencies

  • Willingness to learn an administrative role

  • Excellent customer service skills, both written and verbal

  • Understanding of importance of confidentiality and prioritising workload

  • Strong literacy and numerical skills

  • Intermediate level Word and Excel skills

  • Highly organised with a methodical approach and a meticulous eye for detail

  • Ability to successfully communicate across all levels of the business and build working relationships

  • Working to strict deadlines

  • Be able to work as part of a team be self-motivated use your own initiative, whilst understanding limits of own authority
