Position Title: HR Administrator, 12 month Fixed Term Contract

Location: Flexible, servicing the UK&I

Salary: 25-27k


We're looking for a highly motivated HR Administrator to join our HR Team Project Team. This role will be a fantastic opportunity to join an ambitious team and will play a pivotal role in an extensive change process for us. We are setting high administrative standards from the very start. You will report to the HR Operations & HRIS Manager and will have a unique chance to contribute towards an excellent employee experience from day 1. Maintaining our HR duties accurately is important to us, so we are eager to find our HR Rockstar.


  • Forming and maintaining employee records following the end-to-end employee life cycle, such as employment contracts, starter packs, leaver letters, etc. to our population of 350 employees

  • Data processing of all HR input such as starters, leavers and changes onto the HR System.

  • Close collaboration and day-to-day liaising with our Payroll Specialist to ensure timely and accurate monthly payment cycles

  • Management of HR Inbox, query management and responding to relevant employee queries.

  • Processing of leave types such as maternity, paternity or holiday purchase onto HR system.

  • Assisting in the processing of annual salary increases / bonuses / LTIP payments

  • Ensuring that HR Operations processes and work instructions are updated in a timely manner ensuring that they comply with Internal Audit compliance standards.

  • Answering requests from employees and business units in relation to HR operations and resolve administrative HR discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information.

  • Being a passionate and driven member of our HR team and assisting team members with any adhoc HR projects and tasks



  • Relevant tertiary qualification (university degree in HR or another relevant specialism)

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office such as Excel, PowerPoint & Word

  • Demonstrated experience in a HR Administration capacity providing support to an HR team, experience working for UK and Irish business is preferred.

  • Takes a high degree of ownership, aims for high standards of accuracy, but readily communicates and drives solutions when things tend to go wrong.

  • Supportive, willing to help and communicates openly with the business.

  • Highly organized, creates structure, manages deadlines and systematic.


  • Experience with SuccessFactors highly desirable

  • Has worked in a startup of setup of an HR team.

  • Process minded, looks for the opportunity to streamline, automate and simplify.
