Experienced in HR administrator you will:

Maintain accurate electronic payroll and HR records for all employees throughout the employee lifecycle, including recording of absences, managing amendments to contract and the leaver and starter processes.

Carry out HR administration processes, preparing letters and documents in line with legislation and company policies and procedures.

Act as the initial point of contact for all queries into HR, face to face, over the phone and through the HR mailbox, responding and managing resolution.

Provide HR support to the wider HR team as required, including supporting recruitment, supporting the appraisal process and providing absence reports.

Review, update and maintain HR template letters, forms and to drive continuous improvement of processes helping the team efficiency and effectiveness.

Support the H&S function including monitor and respond to queries in the H&S mailbox, collate and monitor results
