Adecco Romford and London East are currently recruiting for a Maternity Cover HR Administrator to join successful based in Waltham Cross.


Your duties will include:



  1. Recruitment and new starter administration

  2. Producing offer letters and contracts of employment

  3. Managing the reference request process

  4. Internal vacancy posting & coordinating with the In-House Recruiter and hiring manager on applications

  5. Supporting the employee induction process

  6. Updating the HR System with new joiners' details & setting up employee files

  7. General employee administration

  8. Various other administrative duties, when required.


The most suitable candidate will have good administration skills with experience working within an HR team, working knowledge of HR systems would be advantageous.
