We currently have an exciting opportunity for a HR Administrator to join a local well established construction company. You will be working along side the HR Manager, covering all aspects of HR Support across the business.



Your duties will include:




  • Recruitment - screening CV's, organising interviews, advertising jobs and managing the recruitment cycle from start to finish

  • Liaising with managers and employees

  • Onboarding new starters, sending out contracts and carrying out inductions

  • Organising company events including Fun Days and Charity Fundraisers

  • Eventually, attending disciplinary meetings or grievances

  • Providing advice on policies and procedures

  • Monitoring sickness and attendance records

  • Providing all other aspects of HR support and administration
