Adecco Reigate are looking for a HR Administrator who wants to kick start their career in HR. You will be tasked to provide an effective and efficient service of a full range of administrative duties in order to support the Human Resources Team.


  • Supporting the HR Manager

  • Producing job offer and contract documentation;

  • Sending out all information to new starters and ensuring requested information is returned on a timely basis

  • Ensuring the referencing process is completed to the required levels prior to starting employment;

  • Providing support and guidance to managers and employees on the use of the system

  • Accurately entering and double checking any required information into the system

  • Producing required letters and documents to a high level of accuracy, using plain English;

  • Ensuring the leavers process is completed efficiently

  • Ensuring all employee and worker files are kept up to date and contain accurate information;


  • Very strong attention to detail

  • A team player

  • Proactive

  • Strong administrative skills are desirable

  • Might suit a HR graduate looking for first role
