This role is to provide HR administrative support on day-to-day basis to our client based in SW19.The post will form part of a Human Resources team, providing a comprehensive and professional recruitment and employment service.

The post holder will be required to deliver a service primarily to the Operations Department but will involve all departments and will encompass all grades of staff however will be primarily concerned with the event employees. The post holder will be responsible for ensuring that all documentation and checks are in place to meet legal standards.

Main Responsibilities

Assisting with the recruitment process for the crew and ensuring that all crew resource cards are kept up to date. This will encompass

  • Assisting with the placement of adverts for crew and other positions

  • Responding to applications from prospective crew and arranging interviews (either in person or via video calls). Sending the relevant paperwork for completion should the applicant be successful

  • Assisting in the completion of all paperwork at inductions held across the country.

  • Ensuring that all legal compliance is checked - passports, right to work, settled status etc. and the relevant documents are filed on the system and that this is checked and updated on a monthly basis.

  • Re-activate returning crew and complete the Docusign and PayCircle process.

  • Completing all driver licence checks and on a monthly basis for the grey fleet ensuring that insurance and MOT are up to date.

  • Processing uniform requests / transfers

  • Managing monthly promotions & deactivations

  • Manage training Administation

  • Organising training courses and then processing for CSCS cards

  • Booking all plant training once agreed with the HR Director / Managing Director including refreshers

  • Ensuring training indemnities are sent out and returned via DocuSign

  • Ensure that all qualifications and certificates are uploaded and that the database is up to date

General Office Duties

  • To act as first point of HR contact for internal and external clients.

  • Responding to telephone enquiries.

  • Responsible for mail / purchasing of supplies / stationary etc.
