Adecco are currently recruiting for an exciting opportunity on behalf of Cheshire Constabulary.

We are looking for a HR Shared Service Administrator to work within their Multi-Force Shared Service Centre.

This is a full time position working either 8am - 4pm or 9am - 5pm in their HQ in Winsford.

Post is temporary for 3 months.

We are looking for applicants with excellent communication and customer service skills, good IT skills, ability to work calmly under pressure, great eye for detail and ability to work in team. This is a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on excellent customer service.

This role will predominantly be providing administrative support to the recruitment area of the HR team.

Duties will include:

- Dealing with incoming queries via phone and email

- Responding to enquiries in an agreed SLA

- Working with staff at all levels of seniority

- Ensuring HR/Personnel systems are updated accurately

- Provide admin support (e.g. produce written correspondence, data entry, collating information for reports)

Based in the Force HQ building in Winsford, you will have access to all on-site facilities, including free parking, canteen and sports facilities as well as Employee Support Programmes.

Pay rate is £9.59 p/h

Working hours are 37.5 hours, Monday to Friday
