HR Administrator/Secretary

£9.93 Per hour

Temporary, until end of May

Nottingham, NG7

Duties include;

  • Arrange and confirm appointments

  • Provide logistical support for events

  • Liaise with internal and external contacts

  • Arrange AV equipment for meetings

  • Prepare and collate meeting papers

  • Draft and type correspondence

  • Manage documents and confidential information

  • Provide support through note taking

Experience required;

  • PA/EA/Secretary experience essential

  • Minute/note taking experience essential - typing speed of over 50 WPM (this will be tested as part of the interview)

  • Excellent customer service skills

  • Ability to communicate at all levels

  • Proven IT skills

  • Organised
