HR Advisor

Temp - perm

Full-time equivalent: £45-50K

Day to day HR Operations

  • Managing stakeholders - Multiple

  • Good ER Experience

  • Ideally good at presenting

  • Managing mid and end of year process

  • Performance management

  • Running UK Induction process

  • We have a coordinator but will be the first point of contact for manages and all HR issues

  • No payroll (this is finance led)

  • No L&D (we have L&D)

  • Professional services, consultancy, IT exp a very strong advantage

  • FMCG, Public sector, Schools, colleges not a good fit for us

Skills and Competencies:

  • High level of accuracy, well organised and articulate

  • The ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

  • Good organisational and prioritisation skills
