I am currently recruiting for a great company based in the centre of Sutton. This is a 12 month FTC to start in August covering maternity leave. Duties include:-

  • Coach and support line managers in the application of HR policies and practices, providing advice and guidance to bring out the best in people, and to resolve any people-related challenges

  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment and selection within the UK KPIs set for recruitment

  • Ensure active management of all Employee Relations disciplines including: grievance, disciplinary, absence management, performance management, and employee wellbeing and support

  • Supporting the Head of HR in ensuring the company remains fully compliant with changes to employment laws and practices, and that these are consistently implemented

  • Working with Head of HR to devise and deliver the company's learning & development programme, and maintaining the Learning Management System (Cornerstone)

  • Contributing to and ensuring timely completion of HR projects and other key HR/Facilities milestones throughout the year (e.g. staff survey, pay review, performance review, etc.)

  • Management and maintenance of the HR database, using reporting/data insights to proactively identify, propose and implement opportunities for improvement

  • Provide occasional payroll and benefits administration cover, as well as occasional facilities and event management support, when needed.

This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a growing and successful organisation. The successful applicatant will be CIPD qualified, a self starter and previous experience in HR is a must. My client is looking to move quickly and looking to start interviewing asap.
