HR Advisor- Newmarket-£Competitive
I am currently recruiting for a HR Advisor on behalf of our growing Newmarket based client. This is a great opportunity for someone with HR experience to join a fantastic team!
Salary: £ Competitive
Hours: 08:00am-17:00pm
Holiday: 20 days + Bank Holidays
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide practical HR advice and support to managers and employees in line with the organisations policies
- Manage disciplinary, performance cases and casework related to sickness absences
- Encourage and support employees in training and development
- Assisting managers on recruitment, preparing job descriptions and sitting in on interviews
- To keep up to date with changes and developments in employment legislation
- Prepare contractual documentation and notify payroll with regards to salary changes
What are we looking for?
- Previous experience in a HR Advisory role
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- CIPD Qualified (or working towards)
- Excellent written skills and IT skills
- Able to maintain a professional stance and confidentiality at all times
