Our client is seeking a HR Advisor to join their small team to provide generalist operational support. You will need to hold a current CIPD qualification alternatively be working towards this. The ideal candidate will have experience within recruitment, working with agencies arranging interviews and managing the recruitment process online.

Due to our clients location, you will need to drive as there is no public transport routes.

Duties may include -

  • Various recruitment projects

  • Providing support in updating employment manuals, policies and procedures to ensure the compliance with legislative requirements.

  • Conducting exit interviews

  • Assist with company training and development programmes

  • Preparation of monthly HR statistical reports

  • Payroll duties
