JOB TITLE: HR Assistant
LOCATION: Working from Home (Client Base- Wandsworth)
HOURS: Monday- Friday, 9am- 5pm
DURATION: 2 Months (Possibility of Being Extended)
PAY RATE: £12/13 Hourly Rate
START DATE: ASAP
JOB PURPOSE:
To assist in the provision of a high quality and efficient HR administration support service within the HR section and excellent customer service to colleagues across the Children's Service Directorate.
HR ASSISTANT'S MAIN DUTIES:
- Liaise with Service Managers to get agreed staffing establishments
- To input accurately onto iTrent and other databases
- To support the resolution of establishment queries
- To support the maintenance of manual and computerised filing and other systems.
- To use spreadsheets to convey and receive information
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE MUST HAVE:
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications i.e. Word, Excel and Outlook
- Accurate with excellent attention to detail.
- Experience of using of iTrent or other HR systems is desirable
