Temp to permanent role


Manchester City Centre Offices


Hybrid working (3/2 pattern each week)


£23,660 - 25,000k equivalent


£13 per hour



Adecco are recruiting for an experienced HR Administrator to work with a fantastic client based in Manchester City Centre. The role will be a hybrid working role so candidates will need to be local to Manchester City Centre.



Applicants to this role must be an experienced HR Administrator.



Duties will include:


Ensuring all HR information systems and reports are accurately maintained


Maintain electronic employee files and carry out file audits when required


Execute changes to employment terms and conditions, updating central HR system and ensuring change impacts are communicated appropriately across HR teams


Act as initial point of contact for HR related queries, working in close partnership with colleagues in the wider HR team, including Learning & Development and Resourcing teams.


Deliver regular and ad hoc data reports to support core HR processes, planning and projects


Advising colleagues on entitlements and statutory benefits


Execute creation of Employment offers / contracts, inclusive of input of all relevant information to cores systems through the on-boarding process


Perform general HR administrative and payroll processing tasks and any other delegated duties considered appropriate to the role.


Liaise with benefit providers to resolve colleague queries.


Assist the HR team on ad hoc projects and tasks when necessary.



Qualification and experience required:


Proven HR Administrator experience, preferably within a professional services firm.


Knowledge and experience of HR and Payroll processes and policies


CIPD qualified (or equivalent), or working towards qualification is desirable but not essential.


Exceptional organisational skills, able to work in a fast-paced environment


Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.


Ability to prioritise a varied workload to meet deadlines with minimal supervision


Strong numerical and analytical skills


Excellent time management skills


Experience with maintaining and updating HR systems


Experience with Microsoft Office packages including Word and Excel
