Adecco Ipswich are currently looking for a HR Assistant to join one of our clients on a 6 week temp basis!

This role is Central Norwich based, and we are looking for candidates who have previous HR knowledge, have completed a similar role or are currently undertaking HR training.

We are looking for candidates who are highly organised, who can manage a varied and high workload, as well as have a very high level of accuracy.

you will be responsible for HR transactions. This will include co-ordinating recruitment activity and dealing with starter and leaver processes, generating payroll documentation and preparation of contracts of employment. You will also provide advice and support to managers and employees on HR processes and procedures and maintain systems and records to a high standard.

We are looking for someone who has a great knowledge of IT skills, and has used previous HR systems or other in house databases.

This role will be on a temporary basis for 6 weeks starting week commencing 29th March, so the ideal candidate must be available to start immediately and be available and committed for the full 6 weeks of temporary cover.
