Our client based in York are a global organisation that has clear vision and core values, who are recognised as a market leader within their sector. Our client has instructed Adecco to recruit for a HR Assistant on a long-term temporary or fixed term basis.

As a HR Assistant your responsibilities will include;

  • Maintaining and processing Annual leave, Sickness and other leave as required.

  • Assist with coordination of training course.

  • Be the first point of contact HR related queries.

  • Administration of HR related documents, such as offer letters and contracts of employment.

  • Right to work checks and audits.

  • Oversee the on-boarding process for all New starters

  • Assist with attendance processes including reporting sickness absence for payroll and producing reports.

The successful HR Assistant will possess excellent communication skills at all levels and can build business relationships, possess excellent organisation skills and have good attention to detail. CIPD qualification is desirable or you will have worked in a similar position.

The salary for this position is £20,000 to £25,000 per annum.
