I am currently recruiting for a HR Coordinator starting ASAP ongoing until the 29th March 2019.


This role is paying £13.03 per hour and is working Mon-Fri 37 hours

Our client is looking for someone who is willing to help provide admin support to the team, which includes payroll and recruitment electronic filling, and responding to general enquiries.


The Human Resources team is a small and friendly team which sits within the Corporate Operations Directorate. The post is within the HR Operations team which manage payroll, recruitment, learning & development administration, management reporting, employment contracts and the full employee life cycle.


As an HR Coordinator, you will work closely with the rest of the HR team to support the delivery of an efficient service to the business. You will support the day to day HR activities including recruitment and payroll. You will report to the HR Manager; however you will also provide support to the wider HR team.


Key responsibilities:


Payroll and Recruitment


� Payroll and recruitment electronic filing (including scanning);


� Support with recruitment process (booking interview room, visitors pass, meet and greet, copying ID documents) and new starter contracts;


� Support with payroll inputting for monthly payroll run.


HR records management and reporting


� Maintain accurate employee records on the HR database;


� Update organisational charts on a fortnightly basis;


General


� Provide general administrative support to whole HR team including processing invoices, raising purchase orders, stationery order, file archive and booking travel tickets;


� Sending weekly 'keeping in touch' emails to staff away from the business;


� Act as first point of contact for HR related queries from internal and external stakeholders;


� Support with ad hoc projects.
