Adecco are actively recruiting for a HR Covid-19 Response Advisor for a large company based in Cheshire. This is an exciting opportunity to join a large scale busy organisation.


The Covid-19 Response Advisor will take accountability of the internal management of cases and queries relating to Covid-19. This will include a high level of communication with employees and the subsequent logging and reporting of data.


The main duties of the role are;



  • Day to day management of the HR-Covid19 email inbox.

  • Taking inbound calls and making outbound calls to communicate information, gather information or respond to queries.

  • Effectively communicate with both employees and senior managers.

  • Update the Covid-19 excel 'tracker' in a timely fashion with exceptional levels of accuracy.

  • Provide daily reports using Microsoft Excel

  • Ensuring legal and government compliance

  • Provide reports to key stakeholders when requested

  • Undertake case interviews via phone to complete the track and trace process with individuals who have been identified as a Direct Contact, symptomatic and/or confirmed as having COVID-19.

  • Escalate complex or critical cases as appropriate


The person they are looking for will;



  • Be an expert user of Microsoft Excel

  • Have excellent communication skills

  • Possess a methodical approach

  • Problem solve whilst working in an unpredictable environment

  • Be able to work under pressure and to tight timescales

  • Be flexible, both in terms of hours of work and changing priorities


This is role is 6 month fixed term contract and the salary will be between £22k to £25k. The hours for this role are 38.75 per week. To cover the sites day hours there will a bi weekly rota - you will either work 7am to 3:30pm or 10:30am to 7pm. During the first week of training will you be based on site working 8am to 5pm Monday - Thurs and 8am to 2:30pm Friday.


This role will contain a mixture of working onsite and remote working - this will be discussed at training to suit. Due to the location - candidates do require their own transport due to no near by public transport links.
