Contract type: Permanent


Hours: Full time, 35 hours per week


Salary: Up to £45K


Location: London Docklands (2 days) + WFH (3 days) per week


We are delighted to be working with a leading regulated authority, that is committed to running a service with fairness at its heart. They are searching for an HR Data Analyst to join their team. You will be reporting to the Head of Reward.


In this role, you'll help deliver the people strategy with a focus on activities and projects that lead to sustainable change, ensuring the organisation achieves their strategy goals. You'll support the change control process and oversee planning change management activities across HR - supporting with planning communications, training, system changes and other activities. Teams in HR will be responsible for their own plans, but you'll bring them together, ensuring clear links to how the planned activity is helping to achieve the priorities.


You will also work with the team to ensure data sits at the heart of key decisions - you'll take a lead on people data quality, how it is reported on & gather insight from data in Workday, developing dashboards across all people metrics and working with IT to deliver this, coordinating all reports to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and consistency of data - "one source of the truth".


To be successful in this position your values will shine through, meaning and doing what you say. You will be required to work with a range of stakeholders at all levels, mainly in HR and IT. Ideally you will have a combination of the technical skills (pulling data, generating reports etc), and strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain effective working relationships.
