HR Data Subject Matter Expert

A great job opportunity has become available for a HR Data Subject Matter Expert.

Working hours- Mon-Fri 0830-5 - HYBRID WORKING

Day Rate - £500

Start date- ASAP 6 months ongoing

Skillset/responsibilities:

As part of the implementation of an ERP solution (for all HR, Finance and Procurement processes), our client is looking for a HR Data SME to act as a business lead for HR data in terms of quality, consistency and support through the data migration. The below is the expected skills/scope of the role:

• Knowledge in Resourcelink HR systems


• Understanding of Core HR business process (new starter administration, absence, contract changes etc)


• Conduct investigations in to data held within HR systems


• Act as a liaison between the project and HR for data considerations


• Develop data quality rules for HR data entities


• Support in the development of the data migration strategy for the project


• Support in developing data cleansing plans for HR data entities


• Validate data sets for quality post import to Oracle


• Liaise with Finance and Procurement data experts on cross-functional considerations (such as payroll, expenses etc)
