Human Resources/ Employee Relations Advisors!

Location: London areas & working from home

Salary: £30,000- £40,000k per annum

Job type: Permanent & Fixed term contracts

We are currently seeking experienced HR & ER Advisors for both permanent and contract positions.  We're looking for people who are passionate about improving the people's experience in Housing Associations and Charities; if this sounds like you and you are currently seeking a new opportunity, keep reading! 

As part of these roles, you will work with the wider organisations to align people strategies and initiatives with the organisation's business needs, enhancing processes and providing value. Your current knowledge of internal policies, processes, and laws will enable you to provide advice on people matters to senior leaders and managers.

You'll be responsible for implementing strategic and tactical people initiatives that are accessible across the organisation and meet the diverse needs of the teams. You will have expertise in employee relations, engagement and human resource policies and procedures, as well as employment law, working with key stakeholders.  

You need to have experience in the following areas:

  • Assisting managers across the organisation with sickness management, performance management, grievances, and disciplinary proceedings.

  • Providing support to the Business Partners on cultural and personnel matters. 

  • Provide guidance and advice on complex People issues, advising and supporting managers in applying People policies and practices. 

  • Proactively implement and promote Health and Safety, wellbeing, EDI and employee engagement initiatives. 

  • Understanding and experience of the recruitment cycle and being able to support with the process.

To be successful in these positions you will be CIPD qualified to level 5 or have equivalent experience.

You will be a strong communicator both written and verbal whilst having experience of working in a fast-paced HR role. It is important that you have experience in advising managers on employee relations cases, supporting projects in addition to other priorities while being able to work to tight deadlines.
