We are currently recruiting for a number of Human Resource role throughout the Munster area;

*HR Assistant
*HR Generalist
*HR Specialist
*HR Manager


*Support achievement of company key performance indicators (KPIs) in EHS, Quality, Service, Cost, People Development and Continuous Improvement
*Support our Talent Acquisition team with open vacancies and lead the internal recruitment process end to end.
*Support with the onboarding and offboarding process of all staff.
*Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and pertinent corporate guidelines and standards. Proactively implement improvements to internal HR procedures to ensure alignment with legislation
*Ensure site production trainers fully trained and competent. Organise annual Train the Trainer re-certification as required.
*Implementation and leadership of technical competency in the HR data systems.
*Implement existing performance management practices with the emphasis on high quality appraisals, constructive management of employees, recognition of excellent performers and management of under-performance.
*Supporting supervisors and managers in dealing proactively and effectively with all employee issues.
*Ensuring that all discipline/grievance cases in the plant are handled consistently and fairly.
*Ensure completion of transactional activities (payroll, data audits, standard work, etc) are completed to schedule
*Support HR team with audits


*Qualification in human Resources Management or Other related discipline
*HR professional qualification (CIPD or equivalent), A minimum of 2-4 years' experience
*Strong computer skills (MS Office, knowledge of Workday & CORE an advantage)
