HR - Learning Coordinator


We a seeking a Learning Coordinator with previous experience within the area of Surrey (ideally with local authority knowledge) to work from home with some office presence.


Assignment length 3 Month + (possible extension)
Pay rate £18.00 - £22.00 PH PAYE
Start date - ASAP


* Coordinate and support the delivery of the partnership learning offer - including the digital offer and platforms
* Liaise with training providers and partnership trainers to ensure smooth delivery of the offer
* Manage the trainers' database and oversee/maintain list of approved 'Working Together' trainers and coordinate their updates and 'Train the Trainer' sessions
* Deliver training sessions as necessary
* Oversee the work(load) of the administrator(s)
* Lead and coordinate the digital presence, communications, and promotion of the partnership learning offer
* Monitor budget spending and prepare quarterly reports
* Authorise refunds and payments as necessary
* Monitor uptake of offer (including digital) and prepare quarterly reports
* Extrapolate evaluation and feedback data and contribute to impact analysis of learning offer
* Extrapolate data and contribute to the annual report
* Resolve complaints and queries escalated by the administrator(s)
* Approve exemption requests as appropriate
* Oversee/update the offer on Olive (the clients learning management system) and other digital platforms
* Support the commissioning of the partnership offer
* Support the development of new/updated learning programmes and materials
* Support the developments of new trainers
* Coordinate and manage the offer of ad-hoc learning activities
* Support the quality assurance function in respect to training providers as well as the learning offer
* Provide business support to the Surrey Safeguarding Children Partnership Learning Leads group
* Support research and development activity within the SCSA as necessary
