A HR Manager is required to join a well-established and reputable company in East London. My client is looking for a versatile, hands on individual who is a good influencer with an empathetic attitude/skill set, who can manage and develop the HR department.

Someone who has worked in medium to large companies would be beneficial as would someone who has previously worked in a manufacturing environment.

Salary is £45-50K dependant on experience


  • Performance Management

  • HR policy development

  • Support CEO and Financial Director with all aspects of HR Management by developing and implementing HR Systems

  • Monitor staff attendance

  • Supporting line managers in coaching and holding review/ attendance meetings

  • Support recruitment, selection processes and full-employment cycle

  • Provide information, training, advice and guidance to leaders and managers, advising on HR policies and procedures

  • Managing sickness, absence, disciplinary, capability and grievance issues
