Our global client based in Maidenhead requires an experienced, well-organised HR Manager to support an internal secondment for one year in a busy HR team that supports the clients business. In this role you will be responsible for the delivery of a comprehensive, high quality HR Service advising them on issues regarding tactical human resources so the division meets their objectives with in statutory and corporate parameters.


This role will be working across two sites: Maidenhead and Solihull so ability to manage your time and be able to prioritise is essential. The role will also involve implementing new corporate policies and new employment legislation.


Minimum requirements:


Must have CIPD level 7 qualification


Must be a driver with own transport


Proven experience to utilise situational leadership


This role is a one year contract based primarily in Maidenhead with travel to Solihull.
