Superb opportunity for an experienced HR Manager (Generalist) in Stockport.
Please note this permanent role is subject to an Enhanced DBS check at offer stage of the recruitment process.

This superb organisation are seeking a CIPD qualified (Level 5 minimum) HR generalist with up to date ER knowledge and proven HR management experience - including manging a team - at the request of the client.

Role is Monday to Friday, office based in Stockport with very occasional day based travel.

Ideal candidate will have:

- Level 5 or higher CIPD qualification or equivalent

- be a very people focues HR Generalist with superb communication skills

- be able to work at a fast pace and respond accurately and promptly to HR queries and cases

- support and lead your HR Advisors deliver in their roles

- manage the team and stakeholder SLA accordingly

- background in HR Management ideally from health provision, care sector, national health service or similar although all backgrounds will be considered

- be a team player with a supportive and collaborative approach that values the contribution of others

The reward of being part of this well established and professional organisation will be salary commensurate on experience between £38000 and £42000 plus 25 days holiday plus Bank Holidays plus cash back health care scheme and contributory pension scheme too.

The role is office based in Stockport, parking on site and the team work 9am - 5.30pm.

Due to the corporate responsibility of this organisation the successful candidate will be subject to full referencing process and enhanced DBS check as part of the due diligence in the recruitment process.
