HR Officer

Part Time - 25 Hours

Monday to Friday 10:00 - 15:00

Overall Responsibilities of the role -

  • Support the Business Director with delivering the HR Strategy, Employee Plan and associated admin.

  • Provide first line support and advice to the managers and employees of the business.

  • Liaise with Citation on any serious HR matters from an employment law perspective.

  • Deliver quality, employee HR support, actively coach and support managers on employee related topics.

  • Managing all employee new starter probation periods, documentation and reporting.

  • Conducting employee investigations, disciplinaries and grievances.

  • Supporting managers with performance management activity, KPI and report producing around absence, sickness, holidays.

  • Management of all MI (KPI report/Headcount report/ Starters and leavers/Time to hire/recruitment costs).

  • Reporting pay rise requests, changes to bonus schemes etc.

  • Accountable for on-boarding, inductions, exit interviews and return to work, dealing with all HR paperwork,

  • Day to day management of the new PDP programme.

  • Managing and monitoring the sickness absence line.

  • Tracking and monitoring all annual leave requests and approvals.

  • Updating of all HR records, employee handbook and HR templates as well as issuing communications to the business.

It is important that the successful candidate is CIPD qualified to at least level 3.

This will be a 2-stage interview.

The suitable candidate would have experience in this field.
