A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join a leading company based Crewe. My client is looking for an experienced HR professional for a standalone position reporting into the Directors.
Duties will include:
* Support & involvement in staff appraisals
* Support & involvement in staff disciplinaries
* Recruitment - Interviews, CV Selection, creating job descriptions, contracts
* Carrying out training and inductions for new staff members
* Updating time & attendance records
* Updating staffing personal information
* Providing advice on all HR related matters
* Supporting any staffing issues in a confidential manner
* Getting involved in company projects
* Ensuring company policies, procedures & legislation is up to date & adhered to
* All HR administration support as required
Skills required:
* Previous HR administration & advisory experience
* Ability to liaise with staff at all levels confidentially
* Up to date knowledge of HR policies
* Confident communicator
* Excellent organisational skills
* Strong Microsoft skills
