This is an exciting opportunity for somebody looking to advance their career in HR. Due to the demands of the business, our client has now created a new role to support the current HR Advisor.


The successful applicant will be responsible for a range of Human Resources and Administrative duties including but not limited to:


Employee Resourcing



  • Source and interview candidates to ensure that we get the right people and skills into our business

  • Liaising with recruitment agencies and negotiating terms

  • On boarding; organising induction and training for new starters. Liaising with new starters during the induction process.


Employee Relations



  • Manage maternity process and hold maternity briefings with managers and staff as well as administration involved in maternity process

  • Manage Learning and Development programme

  • Manage Flexible Working Request in accordance with company policy


Employee Pay and reward



  • Assist in salary review and bonus process

  • Provide holiday cover to HR Administrator in relation to payroll

  • Provide administrative information to payroll for changes in employees positions.


General Administration



  • Provide assistance to senior management (travel, meetings, Visa)

  • Manage checklists within employee lifecycle

  • Support and administration for pension / benefits

  • Manage company car scheme

  • General HR Administration

  • Provide general administration support to HR Advisor

  • Assist with organisation of internal company events


Previous experience of working within an HR environment is essential (studying for a CIPD qualification would be desirable) along with a "can do" attitude, the ability to multi task and possession strong organisational skills.
