The principal responsibility of the role is to provide first line advice and support to line managers and staff across Devon & Cornwall in respect of all employment and HR life cycle process, such as flexible working, leavers, administers extended leave and contractual changes, etc. As well as provide overall administrative support to the HR Operations function and corporate support matters.

What we are looking for: An applied and efficient administrator, who is able to demonstrate a good level of communication and interpersonal skills, strong IT skills and the ability to deal with customer needs proficiently and effectively. HR experience is desirable, but is not essential.
