Adecco are currently recruiting on behalf of our international client in Chester. We are seeking a candidate to join their global rewards operations team. This role is initially working on a temporary basis for 7 months with potential longer-term opportunities.

Main Duties

  • Project Management support for benefits harmonisation and integration across 33 markets

  • Maintain implementation project plans, track milestones, manage progress, and raise and escalate risks as appropriate

  • Manage a wide variety of internal and external stakeholder to enable timely implementation

  • Drive innovative and automated solutions, reducing manual efforts in administration of benefits programmes

  • Coordinate system user acceptance testing, provide testing support as needed

  • Review lessons learned after each implementation and create best practice documentation for planning, testing and managing future harmonisation's, incl. stakeholder management, communication plans, etc.

  • Review of all benefits-related knowledge articles, create an overview of all current knowledge material and identify gaps

  • Support with any other operational activities across global total rewards as needed

- Minimum 2 years HR Experience
- Project management experience
- Data analysis skills
- Process management and documentation experience
- Organised and able to manage and prioritise multiple tasks effectively

Desired Skills (not essential):
- Experience working across different regions (ideally globally)
- Experience in total rewards
- System implementation experience (benefits platforms)
- Experience of working with or managing third party vendors

This role is currently working from home until offices open. Expectation to the be in office at least twice a week.

35-hour week, Monday to Friday.
