HR Recruitment Administrator


Location: South Kensington


Salary: £14.42


Duration: ASAP - 31st March 2023


Contract type: Full time, 35 hours per week


Adecco are currently recruiting for a well-known based in Kensington.


Job Summary



  • Work closely with the HR Advisors to support the HR Business Partner (HRBP) team in recruiting roles across all areas of the Museum

  • Take ownership of the full recruitment lifecycle for allocated campaigns, supporting managers and completing all HR and system administration

  • To be a first point of contact for the HR Recruitment mailbox, monitoring emails and responding in a timely and professional manner

  • Support the HRBP team with general HR administration to support HR service delivery



Main Responsibilities




  • To take ownership of and ensure effective delivery of nominated recruitment campaigns. To plan and agree timelines with recruiting managers and ensure they follow their parts of the process.

  • To have responsibility for all aspects of recruitment administration of those campaigns from advertising to candidate offer.

  • To advertise vacancies on relevant job boards and on the HR recruitment system.

  • To co-ordinate the interview process through liaison with hiring managers and candidates and actively participating in interviews where required.

  • To host interviews and assessments when required, e.g. meeting candidates, escorting them between interview and test locations etc



Person Specification Experience and knowledge



  • Experience of working within an office environment in an administrative role, preferably managing the administration of recruitment campaigns and ideally using irecruit

  • Experience of and/or ability to liaise with managers, ensuring processes and procedures are followed effectively and to provide a proactive, responsive service.

  • Experience of accurately processing information, maintaining records, databases and filing systems.

  • An understanding and ability to work with confidential and sensitive information, with knowledge of the principles of best practice recruitment and GDPR desirable
