Responsibilities Include but are not limited to developing and reviewing the HR Systems Strategy to maximise functionality and automation. This will include building easy to use workflows including dashboards and reports that will allow users to improve process across the company. You will also, in conjunction with other IT stakeholders implement a self-service HR tool to roll out to all staff and regularly monitor its performance.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Must have experience using NGA HR (Resource Link)

  • Strong Excel skills

  • Experienced with RRS / SAP or similar reporting tools

  • Strong HR process and policy understanding

  • People leadership experience with strong communication and influencing skills


The salary for this role is negotiable and comes with annual bonus potential and potential for a relocation package.
